Banyan Ventures & Investment Private Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under Indian Companies Act vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 20th June 2017. The main objects of the company as enunciated in the Memorandum of Association of the Company consists business activities which necessitates the company to become a Non Banking Financial Company.

CHELLA NARAYANASWAMY GANGADARAN

Mr. ChellaNarayanaswamyGangadaran is a Chartered Accountant with over 45 years of experience and is a Honorary Consul of Mongolia for the state of Tamil Nadu. He is also the past President of Southern India Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Executive Committee member of the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is the Managing Partner of CNGSN & Associates LLP, a Chartered Accountancy firm specializing in Audit, Taxation and Consultancy.

He has been on the Board of several companies in the capacity of Independent Director and also served on the Board of Indian Overseas Bank as a nominee of the Central Government. He was also on the Board of Bank of Madura Limited before its merger with ICICI Bank Ltd, as a Reserve Bank of India nominee.

He has vast experience in analysing balance sheets, understanding financial credit worthiness and has been consistently making advances in his personal capacity for over 25 years to individuals and SMEs. He is also Director of Companies which give several Inter Corporate Deposits to both medium and large corporate. His track record of lending and financing in his individual capacity/other capacities are noteworthy.

GANGADARAN CHELLA KRISHNA

Mr. GangadaranChellaKrishna a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of experience and has served on the Boards of many listed companies. He has vast experience in international finance, structuring, loan syndication, dealing with banks, understanding securitization law and also a part of appraisals for advances which are made by the firms in which he is a partner in.

He is also an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and advises several high net worth individuals on their private lending and investments.

He has also studied in the University of Kellog, Chicago. He is also an expert in the valuation of shares and also an expert in turning around sick units.

MATHURA GANESH

Mrs. Mathura Ganesh is a Senior Corporate Consultant in CNGSN & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants,Chennai. She is a Lawyer and a Management Graduate from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai.

She is an expert in the field of analysing balance sheets, understanding complex accounting, tax laws and restructuring of companies through a merger / demerger and amalgamations.

She has the ability to identify good situations which require credit and is very useful from a deal origination point.
